Free Consultation

Our consultation service is at no extra cost to you. We will guide you through the process to make sure you have the bandwidth and calling plan that is the best fit for your business needs.

Installation Management

We place the order to the phone company and coordinate with your phone & data system vendors so you don’t have to. We make sure that the service we recommend is compatible with your new or existing systems. If you don’t have a phone system vendor, you’re in luck – we are one. As an AVAYA Business Partner and a Direct Dealer for VERTICAL COMMUNICATIONS we can furnish a new system for you upon request.

Telecom Management

Once your services and systems are operating, we maintain your company’s telecom profile in our database. This profile includes line assignments, extensions, name directories, IP addresses, and your equipment list. Our database is kept up to date and we will always endeavor to serve you effectively and efficiently.

Trouble Reporting

Make Foritas your first call. Our team of customer care representatives will help you diagnose an issue and make sure you are contacting the right company. If you like, Foritas will report troubles and track the progress on your behalf, saving you countless hours of wait time with the phone company.

Onsite Service

If we feel onsite verification of a trouble is necessary to report a trouble to your carrier, Foritas will send a FACS technician to your site. If possible, the technician will clear a carrier issue. This service is supplemental to the carriers’ response and is included free of charge when you participate in the FACS program.

Annual Service Checkup

Every year, your Foritas Account Manager will review your current services to make sure they match your current needs and represent the best value for your dollar.
